Description Of Work: Eliminated bed bugs filled out supporting paper work. I did attempt to have them come out to treat the adjoining unit for peace of mind under their warranty not responsive to email contacts. Other then that great.
Company Response: Dear Angie's List Member:
We do want to treat adjoining units that immediately border the offending bed bug presence within the target unit. This is done by treating those non-target units prophylactically to prevent dissemination of the pest. We call this a box treatment, in which the target unit is treated aggressively, while those units that are immediately above, below, next door, or across the hall are treated preventively. Should we discover an additional presence of bed bugs in one of those outer units, we will expand our elimination work to that unit and then treat those units that surround that additional bed bug presence.
Having explained our procedure, I will be looking into your concern that we did not respond to your request about an additional neighboring unit. Could it be that the unit you were wanting us to treat, falls outside of those units that fill our box treatment procedure.?
Thanks for your kind response to our service. Apparently there is no longer a bed bug problem.
