Squirrels pair off in late January, and February in order to mate.  Babies are born in March to early April.  Since the mother is continually with her young until they are several weeks old, the male is extremely protective.  He is the primary food gatherer, and when "at home" is quite aggressive to all that attempt to interfere with family progress.

We offer a service that we call eviction and exclusion.  Squirrels are able to leave the building but can't return.  The work requires identification of existing squirrel entrances and also those locations vulnerable to squirrel chewing, whereby, they can create a new entrance.

Once completed, our work is guaranteed against squirrel reentry for a period of one year. Costs range from $650 to $950 on the average.  Should you require only the inspection, that cost will be $275.  That fee becomes absorbed in our quoted charges if we do the work.
